If you have an issue with your rental that you are unable to resolve directly with your landlord, you may notify DepositGuard anytime of your dispute by calling 877-878-7860, or emailing email@example.com.
We will immediately inform the landlord and hold any pending payments. Please note, if we do not hear from you before noon CST the day after the rental starts the payment is automatically released to the landlord.
As a neutral party, DepositGuard's Customer Support Team will work diligently with you and the landlord to help resolve the dispute in an agreeable fashion and timely manner.
If an agreement cannot be reached within 72 hours, you and the landlord may elect to use our in-house arbitration team at no cost.
